My girlfriends have been telling me for years how they manage to save money on cars, property and all kinds of deals,; just by grinning and bearing it and taking one for the team. I recently made one of the biggest decisions of my life, I decided to buy property. This is acknowledged as being the single most biggest financial investment anyone ever has to make.

It was property I had decided to by and as I was a first-time buyer the estate agent said I would have to pay a pretty substantial deposit for a first mortgage loan. The bank was talking in the region of 10 – 15% and I had really found the condo I wanted to call my own. I needed a way to get financially creative!

This is not just one of those sex fantasy’s you read about, I can assure you this really happened!

I gave it some thought and called the realtor so we could chat about it more. I wanted to look at the condo again, so we met there the following day. I was absolutely frank with him about working out another way to structure this deal. I was pretty certain he knew a loophole or two to save me money on the deposit.

We met the next day and I was honest with him, I just didn’t want to pay such a huge deposit. He said he would make some calls and see just what he could to. After a short while he was back with me and said he had arranged something, but he wanted a favor too.

He was fat and he was fifty if he was a day, but he was also a man and he wanted to fuck. I wanted the condo badly enough to do the deal, so I did, right there on the floor of the sunny living room of the condo I wanted so badly.

When I think about what some of us girls will do to get what we want it makes me shudder. But I seduced him, fucked his brains out right here and then and earned my big fat discount on the deposit.

But it was worth it, I got my condo deposit free and the papers were ready for signature a few days later. What a girl won’t do when they want something badly enough!!

Unfortunately I had to fuck him again before I actually got to sign the papers, but fuck him I did and you know it actually wasn’t so bad. When someone is doing something really nice to you, it is not that difficult to be nice to them.

It worked, I now have my condo and I only had to fuck him one more time to get it. This time I did it with gratitude and it wasn’t half bad when you feel grateful for someone saving you 000!
